Your role

• Participate in an 8-month training programme within the Group Human Capital sector.
• Gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
• Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance employability.

About you

Ideal candidates will:  

• A love for learning and a strong work ethic.
• A proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated attitude.
• An SPM (or equivalent) with under 2 years of work experience.
• Openness to discovering new opportunities within the bank.
• Micro-credentials, vocational certificates, or specialized training in relevant fields are welcomed.
