Candidate will undergo a holistic learning experience with customized and structured classroom training and on-the-job learning on product knowledge, selling/marketing skills, customer service expertise, as well as licensing and certification.
This programme offers you exposure and broad experience of what it takes to build and manage relationship with our premier wealth and high-net-worth clients and deliver products that meet their financial needs. This includes promoting our full range of wealth management products, such as mortgage loans, insurance, unit trusts and structured deposits. You will learn how to build relationship with our clients, understand their circumstances and create a wealth-management strategy that meets their financial goals. You will develop the expertise to advise clients on the most appropriate products and how best to invest their funds.
