Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assists in recruitment operations tasks.
- Advertises positions internally and externally, ensuring vacancies are posted on the MYFutureJobs portal for at least 30 days before considering expatriate candidates.
- Schedules interviews and sends invitations to hiring managers and candidates.
- Ensures all candidate documentation is submitted and performs due diligence throughout the selection process.
- Notifies line managers if an employee is shortlisted for an interview based on internal applications.
- Advises unsuccessful applicants within 7 days after the selection process concludes.
- Provides technical assessments to candidates and ensures timely completion.
- Ensures timely submission of career conversation forms from panel interviewers.
- Verifies pre-employment medical check-ups and reports.
- Prepares LO checklists and submits required documents to the RC Ops team for LO issuance.
- Adheres to Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies.
- Sources and reviews profiles from recruitment platforms/agencies.
- Validates documents and negotiates salaries.
- Prepares approval papers and handles ad hoc tasks as required.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
- High proficiency in English.
- A focus on talent acquisition and execution, ensuring timely recruitment in line with organizational SLAs. Knowledge of local legislation and practices.
- A consistent track record in meeting customer needs.
- Digital awareness and the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Attention to detail and agility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
