Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

  • Assists in recruitment operations tasks.
  • Advertises positions internally and externally, ensuring vacancies are posted on the MYFutureJobs portal for at least 30 days before considering expatriate candidates.
  • Schedules interviews and sends invitations to hiring managers and candidates.
  • Ensures all candidate documentation is submitted and performs due diligence throughout the selection process.
  • Notifies line managers if an employee is shortlisted for an interview based on internal applications.
  • Advises unsuccessful applicants within 7 days after the selection process concludes.
  • Provides technical assessments to candidates and ensures timely completion.
  • Ensures timely submission of career conversation forms from panel interviewers.
  • Verifies pre-employment medical check-ups and reports.
  • Prepares LO checklists and submits required documents to the RC Ops team for LO issuance.
  • Adheres to Conflict of Interest and Confidentiality policies.
  • Sources and reviews profiles from recruitment platforms/agencies.
  • Validates documents and negotiates salaries.
  • Prepares approval papers and handles ad hoc tasks as required.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • High proficiency in English.
  • A focus on talent acquisition and execution, ensuring timely recruitment in line with organizational SLAs. Knowledge of local legislation and practices.
  • A consistent track record in meeting customer needs.
  • Digital awareness and the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Attention to detail and agility.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills.
