Your role

The Global Maybank Apprentice Programme (GMAP) is Maybank’s award-winning management trainee programme specially designed for graduates of today with two-year on-the-job rotations including a three-month international assignment.

As one of the industry’s award-winning management trainee programmes, GMAP is designed to provide graduates with a strategic platform to jump-start their careers. The program is not limited to only graduates from business disciplines but also attracts graduates from a wide range of academic backgrounds.

The job responsibilities of a Global Maybank Apprentice include :

• Global Maybank Apprentices (GMAs) will go through highly personalised two-year on-the-job rotations based on their career aspirations.
• GMAs will also be assigned group-wide special projects to complement their professional & personal development.

• Less than 2 years of working experience
• A leader in any way, shape or form
• Communicates effectively          
• Reasonable analytical skills
