Support RM BB and RM SME in the renewal of accounts (both half yearly and yearly) and Triggered accounts in their portfolio.
Job responsibilities
- Support RM BB and RM SME in the renewal of accounts (both half-yearly and yearly) and Triggered accounts in their portfolio.
- Conduct visitation with RMs to customer sites or premises for observation and collection of information prior to renewals.
- Attend to customer requests and appeals on credit-related matters within the SLA, and provide basic advice and services to meet customers’ needs.
- Process credit proposals and ad-hoc requests received from customers within SLA’s standard of service; i.e. to ensure the Bank’s risk parameters and guidelines are adhered to
- Market and sell the Bank's loan products to new and existing customers. This also includes cross-selling of other Bank's products and services.
- Active participation in campaign activities to promote products.
- Building customer relationships for business opportunities.
- Build good working relationships with other business units in the Bank to ensure service quality to customers.
- Initiate regular customer site visits/follow-ups to establish better rapport.
- Ensure the Bank’s risk parameters and guidelines are adhered to. - Be aware of common shortcomings highlighted by GCRM & Risk Management to maintain high credit standards.
- Keep abreast of market developments and early warning signals. - Take preventive action to prevent SMAs from turning Impaired
