Procurement Associate (Rolling Intake)

Join Maxis as a Procurement Associate to support supplier transactions and e-Sourcing activities in a dynamic, inclusive environment.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support supplier enablement and transactions on the e-Supplier tool for procurement sourcing activities.
• Manage day-to-day e-Sourcing across all categories, interfacing with Category Managers, end users, and suppliers.
• Conduct test events in the e-Sourcing tool iValua, ensuring supplier connectivity and documentation completion.
• Assist in the category tendering process and support contract management in iValua.
• Monitor supplier behavior and address functional and technical issues.
• Communicate e-Sourcing requirements to suppliers and provide guidance to end users.
• Support reactive/spot buys with auction strategies based on supplier history.
• Perform periodic documentation reviews as per Procurement Process and Policies guidelines.
• Assist Middle Office Procurement Operations as needed.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a commercial environment; exposure to sales, negotiation, or contract documentation is advantageous.
• Top fresh graduate can be considered for those with Supply Chain or Procurement courses
• Familiarity with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Creative and analytical thinking abilities.
• A positive, can-do attitude, capable of dealing with ambiguity and attention to detail.
• Personal traits: Positive, passionate, collaborative, self-starter, team player, and able to perform under pressure.
