Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Compiles, verifies, and sorts information for computer entry.
- Responds to information queries and accesses relevant files.
- Reviews data for errors, corrects incompatibilities, and checks output.
- Monitors and follows up on required documentation receipt.
- Organizes and maintains contracts, service agreements, and related documents.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Knowledge in Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Own transport to commute to U10, Shah Alam.
