Your role

As a RR/Dispute Fraud (CS) - Operations at Shopee, your main duties are:

• Act as interface between buyer and seller, setting realistic expectations
• Resolving fulfilment-related problems and providing support to the customer ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Ensure resolution of fulfillment to related problems and disputes.
• Provide effective solutions for customers on dispute issues.
• Assists in developing and improving existing dispute processes.

About you

To join as a RR/Dispute Fraud (CS) - Operations at Shopee Malaysia, you should meet the following requirements:

• A degree from a recognized university
• Fresh graduates or experienced applicants are welcome to apply
• Strong communication skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Good team player possesses a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Driven and motivated, has a passion for the E-Commerce industry
• Past experience in dispute is a plus
• Experience in using Zendesk/Salesforce system is a plus
• Willing to work a weekend shift
