Your role

As a Quality Check Regulator (Listing) - Operations, SG Marketplace, you will have the following duties:

• Take an active role to monitor, review and assess reported cases received from SG governing bodies to ensure products comply with SG laws and regulations
• Removing products that are not allowed to be listed in accordance with Shopee Policies and Regulator requests within SLA
• To review the ingredients prohibited for drugs and to be updated in the Shopee Policies
• Work with the Customer Support and Business Development teams to handle listing inquiries
• Perform analysis on the product quality and understand marketplace policies and guidelines related to listings policy restricted items
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

About you
