Join Shopee's Operations team in Kuala Lumpur to optimize logistics processes and enhance performance.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Conduct in-depth analyses and recommend process optimizations.
- Contribute to logistics reporting and analytics to highlight key business indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on logistics inquiries.
- Assist in managing daily logistics tasks to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Maintain organized documentation related to claims.
- Support in resolving seller complaints by investigating issues and preparing reports.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Be a good team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 months.
