Your role

The Operation teams at Shopee cover the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, and Fraud. Browse Operations team openings to see how you can make an impact with Shopee.

What will you do?

• To assist the supervisor to do the handover of vehicles internally.
• To assist new inbound/outbound vehicles.
• To assist in vehicle storage.
• To monitor the conditions for new and existing fleets in storage.
• Assist the team in terms of running the day-to-day operations, including reporting and updating trackers.

Compensation & benefits

Typically the compensation for an Intern ranges from 10000 MYR to12000 MYR per year.

About you

Shopee looks for the following requirements in you:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor's degree, able to commence a full-time internship for minimum of 3 months.
• Has its own transport to commute to Shah Alam. 
• Able to start internship immediately.
