Your role
Responsibilities
- Identifies and addresses merchant issues to improve performance.
- Ensures targets and KPIs are met on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
- Manages various merchant situations effectively.
- Understand internal business processes.
- Communicates new directions, promotions, and events to merchants.
- Undertakes projects and initiatives based on business needs.
- Manages assets and conducts scheduled stock-taking and recording.
