Merchant Content - Shopeefood (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Responsible for curating Shopee Food content to maintain quality and legitimacy of menu selections.
• Document and continuously improve content management processes and policies.
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Business Development teams to address listing inquiries and troubleshoot Shopee Food-related issues.
• Undertake project work and initiatives based on business needs.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fresh graduate status or relevant experience; entry-level negotiable based on experience.
• Strong communication skills in English and Malay, both verbal and written.
• Excellent logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a good team player.
• Motivation and passion for the eCommerce industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
