Marketplace Business Development Executive (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Shopee sellers.
• Construct strategic business plans and identify new growth opportunities.
• Educate Tier 1 Brands on increasing traction on Shopee.
• Negotiate deals and curate SKUs for campaigns and promotions.
• Analyze seller performance to boost transactions and revenue.
• Identify market gaps and manage pricing, product assortment, and stock for Tier 1 Brands.
• Secure exclusive partnerships for key campaigns like 9.9 and 11.11.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance seller visibility and credibility.

About You

The ideal candidate is:

• In the final year or a fresh graduate available from June 2024.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical skills.
• An innovative problem solver with the ability to implement solutions.
• A team player with a drive to exceed KPIs. Fluent in English, with additional language skills in Malay or Chinese as a plus.
