Your role

The Legal and Finance teams are pivotal in ensuring that the company is kept compliant, accountable, and primed for success with the right checks and balances. As the legal intern at Shopee Malaysia, you have to do the following roles:

• Provide administrative support to the legal department
• Duties include but not limited to filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Administer and maintain the database of legal documents
• Liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary
• Other related tasks are assigned from time to time

Training & development

As described in the video, Shopee provides a wide variety of learning programs to support personal and professional development. In the beginning, there is a new hire orientation section where the employees learn about the core values and Shopee's culture. Then, the new hire will get various training workshops such as an experiential learning program, technology, and leadership.
