Your role

The Shopee Apprentice Program is an internship program specially designed to equip you with strong professional skills and develop you into a young leader. Get ready to have an amazing learning experience and dive deeper into the e-commerce and tech industry.

• Business Development
• Marketing
• Operations

Training, development & rotations

For learning and development purposes, there is Shopee Academy, which takes pride in close partnership with all leaders, teams, and individuals in Shopee to co-create learning solutions that work for them. Shopee aims to become a better version of itself along with all of its employees. The company's comprehensive learning initiatives include General, Functional, and Leadership training to cater to different groups of employees.

Compensation & benefits

About you

To join this Apprentice Program at Shopee Malaysia, you should meet the following requirements:

• Final-year university students pursuing a good Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in any discipline at a top local or overseas university.
• Self-starter who can adapt to dynamic and challenging situations.
• A passionate individual who possesses a can-do attitude.
• A detailed and fast learner who can strategize quickly.
• Available for a full-time internship for 12 weeks / 3 months
