Your role

In this role, you will be part of the Service Management team under MYVN DGT DDS (Digital & Data Services)

PwC provides interns an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT Service Management processes and frameworks.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve

  • Incident Management which assists in the triage and resolution of IT incidents, monitors and updates incident records, communicates with end users, and escalates as necessary.
  • Assist the service desk team by responding to user inquiries, troubleshooting common IT issues, and helping with technical problems.
  • Collect and analyze service performance data, and create reports or dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the IT Service Management team, and contribute to process improvement discussion/continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and user satisfaction.

About you

To apply for this role, you are required to meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum Academic Requirement: Pursuing a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Systems/Data Science.
  • Understanding of Service Management framework knowledge and basic technical skills related to the system and technologies concept.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
