Join Nestlé as an Application Group Apprentice to support innovation in products, processes, and packaging.
Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support factory-wide innovation in products, processes, and packaging.
- Oversee technical releases and drive new product development procedures and guidelines.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Fresh graduate status with less than 1 year of working experience.
- A CGPA of 3.2 and above.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
- Ability to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
Training & Development
The Nestlé Malaysia Apprentice Programme is a 12-month program designed to equip young talents with the skills needed to excel in a fast-paced business environment.
