Test Lab Process Engineer Graduate Talent (Rolling Intake)

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Ensure flawless execution of engineering tasks in the lab.
• Participate in daily operations meetings to address efficiency roadblocks.
• Recommend and implement equipment and process SOP modifications to optimize task completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve systemic issues using structural troubleshooting skills.
• Work with lab owners to identify and create critical KPIs as lab health indicators.
• Identify improvement areas and implement Lean methodology to enhance lab operations.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Be highly analytical and an excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate initiative, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
• Possess proficiency in English, with excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
