Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Perform daily planning execution and schedule tracking.
• Develop, track, and automate performance indicators.
• Define execution priorities and improve internal planning processes.
• Manage inventory and coordinate unit shipments.
• Generate test result reports and manage small to medium projects.
• Collaborate with Volume Lab Operations for timely execution.
• Potentially work on process automation and data analysis.

About You

The ideal candidate should have:

• A degree in Industrial, Electrical/Electronic, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficiency in English and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Skills in data analysis and process improvement.
• Preferred knowledge in manufacturing flows, automation, and data visualization.
