Your role

The Design Engineering Group (DEG), takes pride in developing the best-in-class SOCs, Cores, and IPs that power Intel’s products. From development to integration, validation, and manufacturing readiness, the mission is to deliver leadership products through the pursuit of Moore’s Law and groundbreaking innovations.  DEG is Intel’s engineering group, supplying silicon to business units as well as other engineering teams.  As a critical provider of all Intel products, DEG leadership has a responsibility to ensure the delivery of these products in a cost-efficient and effective manner.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and validate the Chipset and SoC IPs for Intel's latest product. You will have the opportunity to be trained and to gain exposure to performing SoC design work in Chipsets functional teams such as Front End Logic Design, DFT Design, Circuit Design, Structural Design, System Emulation, Security Design, Power and SoC IP Design.

About you

You must possess a Bachelor of Engineering degree or a Master of Science degree in Electronic, Electrical, or Computer Engineering. Additional qualifications include:

  • Familiar with UNIX, and well-versed in Verilog or C Programming
  • Knowledge of RTL integration and validation methodologies
  • Possesses strong analytical and debugging skills
  • Ability to communicate well with counterparts and key stakeholders including cross-site partners.
