Your role

Here are the job description as a product development engineer graduate trainee:

  • You are responsible to work on developing full chip, IP test methods, on-chip DFT (Design-for-Test) definition and verification, test vector generation and coverage analysis, ATE program development, and 1st Silicon debug for FPGA products.
  • Collaborate with worldwide cross-functional teams including designers, software, manufacturing, and product engineering, as you drive for test capability throughout the entire product development cycle.
  • Drive test optimization to reduce test cost, enhance product quality, improve manufacturing efficiency, and accelerate manufacturing stability.
  • Develop CMT and HDMT test module, conversion test pattern from STIL to pobj, doing test program validation at CMT tester.

About you

To apply for this position at Intel Malaysia, you have to meet the following requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Solid understanding of digital and analog circuits.
  • Academic exposure to IC Test Development, with its associated test methods and fault models, is an advantage.
  • Strong programming in TCL/ PERL and debugging/problem-solving skills.
