Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Responsible for equipment hardware/software installation and qualification for new products.
• Collaborate with technical organizations to improve software, equipment features, and engineering processes.
• Develop and qualify new software versions, including installation, qualification, and troubleshooting. Interact with handler GUI, PLC, and APSE Activate software stack qualification. Provide technical troubleshooting support and training to the manufacturing tech team. Manage technical issue escalation and perform data analysis to mitigate risks. Lead task forces for tool/module improvement and stability.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Electronic/Electrical, Computer/Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Basic coding and database experience, with knowledge in Excel, JMP, Power Query, SQL, C++, Python, Power-BI, etc.
• Strong discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated program management skills.
