Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Support sample preparation and develop new-generation sample prep technology through collaboration with developers and suppliers.
- Possess sound knowledge of chemicals and their properties.
- Operate various tools and machines to complete tasks.
- Engage in close interaction and communication with partner teams to achieve results.
- Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multitask, solve problems, and work in a team environment.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or Applied Physics with a minimum CGPA of 3.
- Fundamental knowledge of advanced CMOS-VLSI circuits, electronics, device physics, and manufacturing processes.
- The ability to read circuit schematics and layouts.
- Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in sample preparation processes and IC assembly flow.
- Knowledge of IC packaging technologies.
- Experience with cutting, milling, and CNC milling techniques.
- Experience with 2D/3D X-ray and microscope techniques for semiconductor inspection.
- Experience in chemical handling and safety compliance in the semiconductor field.
- Experience in applying Lean Manufacturing Principles, Process Improvement, and quality control to projects.
