Join our team as a Sample Prep Engineer, driving innovation in sample preparation and technology development.

Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support sample preparation and develop new-generation sample prep technology through collaboration with developers and suppliers.
• Possess sound knowledge of chemicals and their properties.
• Operate various tools and machines to complete tasks.
• Engage in close interaction and communication with partner teams to achieve results.
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize, multitask, solve problems, and work in a team environment.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Material Science, Chemistry, or Applied Physics with a minimum CGPA of 3.
• Fundamental knowledge of advanced CMOS-VLSI circuits, electronics, device physics, and manufacturing processes.
• The ability to read circuit schematics and layouts.
• Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in sample preparation processes and IC assembly flow.
  • Knowledge of IC packaging technologies.
  • Experience with cutting, milling, and CNC milling techniques.
  • Experience with 2D/3D X-ray and microscope techniques for semiconductor inspection.
  • Experience in chemical handling and safety compliance in the semiconductor field.
  • Experience in applying Lean Manufacturing Principles, Process Improvement, and quality control to projects.
