Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide first-level customer assistance and technical support via phone, email, chat, and web ticketing.
• Collaborate in a team environment, sharing knowledge and partnerships daily.
• Respond promptly to customer needs, ensuring excellent service and issue resolution.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering, or related fields. Knowledge of Linux/UNIX and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Proficiency in English with excellent customer service and writing skills.
• Troubleshooting skills for Windows operating systems (both server and client versions).
• Familiarity with development tools is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, adaptability, prioritization, and investigative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and proactively.
