Your role
Responsibilities
- Ensure testability and manufacturability of integrated circuits from feasibility to production ramp.
- Contribute to the design, development, and validation of testability circuits.
- Evaluate, develop, and debug complex test methods.
- Develop and debug software programs for design validation and test equipment.
- Create test validation and production test hardware solutions.
- Test, validate, modify, and redesign circuits to meet specifications.
- Analyze component specifications versus performance for optimal production.
- Address early customer returns and drive test hole closure activities.
- Optimize component production for quality and cost.
- Plan and schedule daily tasks autonomously, using formal education and judgment.
About you
Qualifications
- A Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
- Proficiency in programming with C++ or Java.
- Understanding of Radio technology, WiFi, BT, RF test methods, RF instruments, and Automated Test Equipment (ATE).
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing with RF testing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
