Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Develops and executes product qualification strategies and plans, ensuring adherence to release criteria.
• Performs risk assessments and defines quality and reliability goals.
• Modifies release criteria for new designs and form factors as needed.
• Contributes to the design, development, and validation of components, boards, and systems.
• Supports testability circuits and methodologies for new products.
• Interfaces with various teams to ensure quality and reliability.
• Analyzes specifications to match components and system requirements.
• Ensures manufacturability and resolves quality issues before manufacturing ramp.
• Analyzes customer feedback to drive design and manufacturing improvements.
• Optimizes production relative to quality and cost constraints.
• Leads readiness from fab, assembly, and test factory for product quality execution.
• Monitors quality results and implements improvements in future designs.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A fresh BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering.
• Knowledge in Quality and Reliability for Product Qualification.
• Skills in data analysis, product development, SQL, and Python scripting.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
