Graduate Talent (Lab Engineer) (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Provide 2nd level support in the validation lab located in PG or KM.
• Manage CW, assets, logistics, procurement, and operations.
• Document technical BKM processes and establish new support processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver top-notch service.
• Participate in project working groups and deployment plans.
• Manage processes, workflows, and respond to customer requests.
• Ensure system of record accuracy and advise on asset management.
• Manage test and measurement instruments and resolve capital asset issues.
• Collaborate with lab partners to execute operations and establish standards.
• Drive lab space efficiency and standardization.
• Engage in platform validation, product readiness, and debugging.
• Develop programs for API-based data management.
• Assist in creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Microelectronics, or Computer Engineering.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• A good understanding of platform components and system architecture.
• Knowledge of programming, especially Python scripting, is a bonus.
• Familiarity with APIs and experience in data integration.
• Basic knowledge of creating dashboards using Power BI.
• Some experience with test and measurement instruments.
