Join Intel's HR team in Penang, Malaysia, to provide exceptional support and resolve employee inquiries in the Greater Asia Region.

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR support in the Greater Asia Region.
• Resolve questions and issues related to employee benefits and programs.
• Engage with employees via chat, email, and phone to provide excellent customer service.
• Conduct extensive research of guidelines to address employee concerns.
• Collaborate with Intel's Human Resources group to support business goals.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A background in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field with at least 2 years of schoolwork experience.
• Advanced English proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR tools like Workday, Service Now, or SQL.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Preferably a fresh graduate.
