Your role

About Corporate Services (CS):

Corporate Services (CS) at Intel creates a supportive environment where employees thrive while developing innovative technologies. CS manages and maintains all Intel sites, offices, labs, and factories worldwide, ensuring safety and productivity. They also promote environmental sustainability through conservation projects, setting environmental targets, and reducing emissions, energy use, water use, and waste.

As an intern, your responsibilities include:

• Responsible for daily operational duty as a technician for Ultra Pure Water Systems, Industrial Waste Systems, and waste management.
• The daily routine includes installing, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintaining a wide variety of facilities in UPW, IWS, and waste management facilities.
• Apart from that, the technician will also do daily check-list, regeneration, pump service, mixer service, lab sampling, filter press activity, preventive maintenance work, waste management and disposal, and other water treatment-related duties as arranged by the group leader and engineer.

About you

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent Ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Willing to work an 8-hour day shift schedule and work in a clean room environment.
• The position is based in Penang
