Job description
- Responsible for the resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs.
- Gathers and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, researches relevant guidelines, and responds to inquiries promptly.
- In dealing with more complex queries, may be involved with other customers within or across different functions.
- Provides coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company or benefits policies.
- Develops strong relationships with customers, process owners and business partners to understand the request and to identify and perform the most suitable resolution.
- May perform testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements.
- Evaluates software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing processes and systems to meet changing demands, and ensures data interface communications internally and externally.
Daily tasks include
- Working with Service Now and Workday platforms
- Responsible for resolving and troubleshooting the daily request while creating and defining the business processes within a specific group.
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Business Administration or Management
- High analytical skills, capable to understand the different types of requests and find the right resolution based on the DeskTop Procedure.
- Good stakeholder management skills as the job require to constantly engage the process owner and the business analyst for process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to deliver quality output whilst working under the pressure and within tight timelines.

Work model for this role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
