Job description

  • Responsible for the resolution of internal customer queries regarding benefits and other internal programs.
  • Gathers and clarifies feedback and other information from internal customers through various methods, researches relevant guidelines, and responds to inquiries promptly.
  • In dealing with more complex queries, may be involved with other customers within or across different functions.
  • Provides coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies to managers and other customers regarding company or benefits policies.
  • Develops strong relationships with customers, process owners and business partners to understand the request and to identify and perform the most suitable resolution.
  • May perform testing and quality checks to ensure business and data quality requirements.
  • Evaluates software and hardware needs and may design new or modify existing processes and systems to meet changing demands, and ensures data interface communications internally and externally.

Daily tasks include

  • Working with Service Now and Workday platforms
  • Responsible for resolving and troubleshooting the daily request while creating and defining the business processes within a specific group.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Management
  • High analytical skills, capable to understand the different types of requests and find the right resolution based on the DeskTop Procedure.
  • Good stakeholder management skills as the job require to constantly engage the process owner and the business analyst for process improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to deliver quality output whilst working under the pressure and within tight timelines.
