Your Role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Deliver wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients with guidance from Banker teams.
• Manage and execute client transactions in banking, credit, and investment products, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
• Take ownership of client investigations and collaborate with operational teams for resolution.
• Coordinate account maintenance and reporting, including updates and changes.
• Enforce banking policies to maintain operational integrity and client satisfaction.
• Arrange and participate in client visits and perform service quality check-ins.
• Obtain banker/client appointments to build and establish relationships.
• Identify and document new business opportunities for referral.
• Use Citi applications proficiently and participate in service process improvements.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance and transparency.

About You

Ideal candidates will have:

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Problem-solving and data analysis abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Client-facing experience with a background in operations and compliance.
• Knowledge of investments, banking, and credit products.
• A Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
