Responsibilities
- Update shipment inward file
- Update invoice billing tracking & date verified
- Update checklist billing tracking
- Report weekly to NSK every week
- Report mystat & RBAS tax every month
Projects
- Summary billing tracking
- Report LSP KPI tracker for import & export
- Prepare invoice & packing list for container loading process
Qualifications
- Candidate that is pursuing either a Diploma in the relevant fields.
- Minimum of 6 months of internship commitment.
- Required language(s): Fluent command in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Required skill(s): Intermediate Excel & Power point skills
