Your role

As an Industrial Engineering & Lean Function Trainee at Bosch Malaysia, you will do the following work:

• Process confirmation & data collection for Standard worksheet
• Preliminary comparison of actual time study, data collection analysis vs. Standard Time defined.
• Data collection and preliminary analysis for New model with plant process flow
• Waste study & analysis, Ergonomic study for a human to machine.
• Lean topics include System Continues Improvement Process (CIP) project preparation, waste walk, the workshop set up, VSM/VSD drafting
• Lean topic on Planning Guideline Line (PGL) workshop preparation support, Layout update, and project follow-up and drawing update.

About you

To join as an Industrial Engineering & Lean Function Trainee at Bosch Malaysia, you must have:

• Degree Study in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, ongoing university students are encouraged to apply.
• Able to communicate well and actively.
• Internship within 4 - 6 months
