Human Resources Internship (International Assignment) (Feb 2025)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support in preparing contracts for expatriates.
• Assist in preparing inbound and outbound checklists.
• Compile documents for Professional Visit Pass and expatriates.
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks such as reporting process flows and compiling expatriate listings.
• Contribute to the improvement of operational processes.
• Help update work instructions for international assignments.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources or Business Management.
• A commitment to a 6-month internship.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Availability to start in February 2025.
