Job description
- Assist in recruitment activities
- Assist with plant onboarding program improvement with an improved induction checklist and reporting
- Assist in developing and strengthening the plant internship program structure according to our hiring policy
- Assist in recruitment-related projects such as further development of recruitment-related templates
- Assist in supporting the HR policy review
- Participate in organizing company events and career days
- Assist in the administration of associate needs
Qualifications
- Candidate must be a full-time student pursuing a Degree program in Human Resources / Business Administration / Arts / Commerce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft Forms
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Internship period to start in November 2024 or December 2024 for a minimum 4 months to 6 months period
