Your Role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist with Human Resource Helpdesk daily operations, resolving associate issues and providing first-level support.
- Address employee queries related to payroll, overtime, and leaves.
- Support testing of automation for HR Shared Services.
- Assist with testing change requests from stakeholders.
- Revise and update HR service processes to improve operations.
- Document work instructions and update procedures as needed.
About You
Ideal candidates will have:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Human Resource.
- A commitment to a 6-month internship.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Intermediate Microsoft skills and good communication abilities.
- Customer service skills and programming knowledge are advantageous.
- Availability to start in January 2024.
