Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assist with Human Resource Helpdesk operations, addressing associate issues and providing first-level support.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, overtime, and leave.
- Support testing of automation and change requests in HR Shared Services.
- Contribute to HR services process revisions and documentation updates.
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Human Resource.
- A commitment to a 6-month internship.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills in Microsoft Office, communication, customer service, and programming (advantageous).
- Availability to start in January 2024.
