Facilities Management Internship (Apr 2025)

Join Bosch as an intern in Facilities Management to coordinate facility operations and enhance workplace efficiency.

Your role

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meeting room setups and liaise with stakeholders on facility topics.
• Handle administrative tasks and manage the access card system.
• Coordinate security and safety topics.
• Work closely with the IFM team on site for space planning and office refurbishments.
• Act as a proxy for Facility Management in Change of Management for GR/AP.

About you

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A commitment to a 6-month internship starting in April 2025.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
