Your role

Responsibilities

• Support HR digitalization projects and human capital analytics.
• Assist with cost and process analysis, simulation, and forecasting for Business Plan 2025.
• Prepare surveys and handle data analytics assignments.
• Summarize big data into visual formats.
• Support HR generalist topics and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to HR process improvement projects and automation.

About you

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a Bachelor's program in Business Analytics, Business Management, Human Resources, or related fields.
• At least 4 months of internship availability.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced analytics skills (Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of digital literacy and creative media tools like Canva and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
