Your role

As an Executive Assistant Intern at BAT Malaysia, you will be accountable for the following roles:

• Develop and maintain a filing system digitally and manually- adhere to Records Management (Minerva)
• Order office supplies
• Book travel arrangements
• Organize travel arrangements for senior managers
• Submit and reconcile Travel & Expense reports for Senior Managers
• Prepare Purchase Orders and monitor invoices
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
• Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient

Compensation & benefits

An Executive Assistant Intern at BAT Malaysia will receive MYR 1,500 per month. Moreover, the company also provides the following benefits:

About you

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields
• Having past internship experience in Administration would be beneficial
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office

You will be strongly considered if you have the following skills:

• Having a good understanding of admin or assistant will be an advantage
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
