Your role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with Employee Services requests and Employee Lifecycle Benefits, addressing queries for APMEA West Market.
  • Support HR administration tasks, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence on HR projects.
  • Use HR procedures to manage data changes and workflows.
  • Monitor performance to meet service standards and targets.
  • Maintain employee data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Help with regular HR data reconciliation.
  • Identify and suggest improvements for HR services and processes

About you

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and good analytical skills.
  • Customer service mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, patient, and able to work well in a team.
