Digital Human Resources Intern (Rolling Intake)

Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Support HR Business Partners with daily activities.
• Manage end-to-end recognition processes aligned with SOPs.
• Generate standard reports for HRBP on people agenda pillars.
• Assist in logistics and execution of internal events.
• Create effective internal email communications for company initiatives.
• Develop engaging social media content for employer branding.
• Review policies to ensure updated benefits and execute employee plans.
• Provide general HR customer service.
• Simplify processes and support ad-hoc team tasks.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in any field, preferably in business analytics, HR, or international management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• A willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Resourcefulness, proactivity, attention to detail, and teamwork skills.
