Job Responsibilities :
Sales Performance Management
- Compile monthly projection of Submission, Approval, Acceptance, Disbursement, CASA, Banca & FX for management.
- Prepare monthly sales performance report and analysis of Sales Activities Report i.e. Submission, Approved & Accepted (AA), Disbursement & etc.
- Prepare analysis of monthly business review presentation slides and recommend remedial actions on shortfalls to ensure annual targets are met.
- Liaise with other departments for reports and to obtain data for the purpose of analysis, statistics and modelling for future initiatives.
- Conduct weekly sales/department meetings and prepare minutes
- Conduct team review and recommend action plan to ensure targets are met
Data Analysis
- Prepare monthly individual scorecard for the department.
- Prepare league table and productivity analysis to keep track of KPIs.
- Perform Blanket Line Analysis, Average Deal Size Analysis, Cold Calling Analysis and etc. for team to plan their respective business strategy.
Strategic Marketing
- Manage and execute marketing campaigns. i.e. Incentives, Internal Campaigns, Dealers or Association Marketing and Digital Marketing in Social Media.
- Generate leads and market survey for the team.
Sales Coaching & Product Trainings
- Perform and execute Sales Coaching & Product Training.
- Update of training materials and sales kits.
- Yearly review and updates of Program Guidebook.
Job Requirements :
- Possess Degree in related field
- Open for fresh graduate
- Possessed knowledge in sales coaching and product knowledge in IHP and EB is an added advantage
- Good presentation skills
